About Us

Brisbane Valley Roasters began as a small local roastery in Esk, built on a simple idea: roast good coffee, and roast it well.

We focus on small batch roasting to bring out clarity, balance and character in every bean. Each coffee is roasted on site with care and consistency, shaped by experience and a respect for the craft.

Over time, the roastery grew into something more. Today, our café sits alongside the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail, welcoming locals and travellers passing through Esk. It’s a place to slow down, share a table, and enjoy coffee the way it was intended.

Open seven days a week, we serve a full breakfast and lunch menu alongside our freshly roasted coffee. Many visit for the trail. Others come because this has become their regular spot. Both are equally at home here.

At the heart of it all is community. We’re proud to be part of Esk and the wider Brisbane Valley, contributing in small ways and showing up every day to do the work well.
